MAVS LACROSSE

Welcome to the Fall 2023 registration for 9th-12th grade male lacrosse players that live within the attendance boundaries of Mountain View High School.  Player fees for Fall Ball this year are $225 per player, which covers the cost of coaches, training twice a week at Off the Field, referees, and operational costs for the program.

We highly encourage every player who wants to play this Fall to register. This is a developmental season for teaching, conditioning, and teamwork. There will be no tryouts or separate teams for the Fall Ball season.

To complete your registration, you will need:

• Insurance and physician information
• A valid/current US Lacrosse membership for High School.
• Please be aware that Mountain View Lacrosse does follow the IHSAA (Idaho High School Athletic Assoc.) guidelines, and it is required that all players submit a physical verification for the 2023-24 school year. All 9th and 11th graders, as well as new participants in any high school sport, are required to provide a physical that was completed after May 1st, 2023. 10th and 12th graders who provided physicals the previous year must provide an Interim Health Questionnaire filled out and signed by a parent/guardian. If your player does a physical for the Fall team, the physical or health questionnaire will still be valid for the spring season.

The start dates for physical conditioning and the season kick-off will be announced soon.  The schedule has not been released, but games typically start on or after Sept. 13^th and go through Oct. 23rd.  Games typically take place on weeknights (T/W/Th). We ask for continued patience as things can and do change rapidly.

Note: All participants must have a current USA Lacrosse membership for insurance purposes.  If you are not a current USA Lacrosse member or your membership expires during the season, a USA Lacrosse membership will be included during registration.  

Only parents, legal guardians, or persons 18 years of age or older can enter information for this program. If you are not at least 18 years old and wish to register, you must have a parent or guardian fill in the following forms.

This program is restricted to male participants in grades 9 to 12.
